Bubble Bloom Collective was founded by neighbors and friends, Victoria and Maura, who share a love for celebrating life’s special moments. What began with designing and decorating their own children’s birthday parties soon grew into a passion for helping other families create joyful, memorable celebrations.
Today, Bubble Bloom creates everything from personalized balloon stacks and bouquets to custom event installations and interactive party rentals.
No matter the size of the celebration, every event deserves details that feel personal to the people at its center.

Bubble Bloom Collective serves events throughout Hamilton County and the greater Indianapolis area, including Carmel, Westfield, Fishers, Noblesville, Zionsville, and Indianapolis.
Events outside the primary service area may be considered depending on the date, location, installation, and travel requirements.
